Patient Comments & Suggestions
We work hard to provide a very good service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the services offered, we would ask you to help by suggesting ways in which we can improve. Please write in confidence to the Practice Manager.
Complaints
The practice has a complaints procedure in operation designed to maintain good relations between patients and the practice. If you feel you have a complaint regarding any practice issue you should address your complaint in writing and in confidence to the Practice Manager. A leaflet explaining the procedure in more detail can be obtained from Reception.
NHS Direct
NHS Direct operates a 24 hour Nurse advice health information service, which is confidential.

NHS Direct Nurses are trained to use their skills and experience, together with a comprehensive computer system, to advise patients on the most appropriate course of action to take.
Surgery Access
The main surgery in Billingham and the Health Centre at Port Clarence are on local bus routes. Both have disabled access and parking areas in close proximity to the surgeries. A wheelchair is made available at the main entrance, with a lift to the first floor. Two receptionists have been trained in the use of the Evacu Chair, for stair exit in case of fire.
